How long will it take for me to receive my items?
Orders are processed within a day after your purchase. You will receive an email notification when your item(s) has shipped.
Once your product is shipped, it could take 14 to 24 business days to arrive due to our manufacturers being worldwide. We are also not responsible for delays caused by customs. If you need a faster shipping option, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you ship.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once you place an order, we can't make changes. If you would like to cancel an order, please email info@Click2Uplift.com right away with your order number! We will try to catch your order before it ships. If the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
What if I don't like my product or I'm just not satisfied?
If you aren't happy with your order, you may mail it back for a refund (See Refund Policy). Just shoot us an email at info@Click2Uplift.com so we can provide you with instructions on how to send your item back and receive your refund!
Item must be returned in the same condition you received and the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
How will my items been sent?
Even if you've ordered several items in one transaction, you will most likely receive your items in separate packages because we work with a variety of manufacturers.
Do you offer gift options?
Unfortunately, this option is unavailable at the moment. However, we will offer this in the future.
